The Malaga football stadium is officially called ‘Estadio Rosaleda’ and can accommodate about 30,000 visitors.
This has been the official home stadium of C.F. Malaga football club since 1941.
There is a museum at the stadium which will give you a good idea of the history of the football club.
C.F. Malaga is not the biggest, and certainly not Spain’s best football club, but of course the Malagueños think the world of them.
The stadium is a thirty minute walk from the city centre.
The bus ride from the city centre to the stadium takes about ten minutes.
Football fans can take a tour of the stadium. Take a look behind the scenes of C.F. Malaga. For example, you can take a peek at the pressroom, the locker rooms, the stadium itself and the attached museum. The tour lasts about an hour.
